North

North Athens is a traditional old wealthy area, the best green area in the city, and one of the wealthy areas in Greece. Staff of embassies of various countries, executives of Fortune 500, and local traditionally wealthy people generally live here. The northern part of Athens is one of the most livable areas because of its relatively good security, mountains and the highest green rate. Most of the international schools in Athens are located in this area. The living facilities are complete and it is very convenient for children to go to school. Housing prices in the North Athens area are generally higher, with the highest average price in the city.

Center

The central business district of Athens, within a 10-kilometer radius from Syntagma Square and the iconic Acropolis, is the city's most prosperous commercial hub. Popular with tourists and short-term renters, the district is filled with renovated Airbnb properties. South

East

Eastern area of ​​Athens, facing the Aegean Sea. East Athens has a small population density and a slow pace of life. The seaside areas that are very suitable for self-occupation and vacation are mostly sea-view villas. East Athens has good security, and the housing price is only slightly higher than that of the city center, much lower than that of North and South Athens.
