Piraeus is rapidly transforming into one of the most dynamic and promising areas in Greater Athens, offering a unique blend of urban regeneration, infrastructure upgrades, and rising market demand. With the opening of new metro stations, the ongoing redevelopment of the port, and significant public and private investments—including the new 41,000 sqm courthouse—Piraeus is becoming a magnet for businesses, residents, and investors alike. The area's rich maritime history, vibrant commercial activity, and proximity to central Athens make it a strategic location with strong rental yield prospects and long-term capital appreciation.
As a result, Piraeus stands out as a high-potential destination for real estate development, and now is the perfect time to be part of its upward trajectory. Check our available projects
North Athens is a traditional old wealthy area, the best green area in the city, and one of the wealthy areas in Greece. Staff of embassies of various countries, executives of Fortune 500, and local traditionally wealthy people generally live here. The northern part of Athens is one of the most livable areas because of its relatively good security, mountains and the highest green rate. Most of the international schools in Athens are located in this area. The living facilities are complete and it is very convenient for children to go to school. Housing prices in the North Athens area are generally higher, with the highest average price in the city.
The central business district of Athens, within a 10-kilometer radius from Syntagma Square and the iconic Acropolis, is the city's most prosperous commercial hub. From Chinatown in the northwest to embassies and Fortune 500 offices in the northeast, the area is dense with activity, investment, and growth. Popular with tourists and short-term renters, the district is filled with renovated Airbnb properties. However, for foreign investors, the market here can feel lively but overwhelming, making local expertise essential when selecting the right property.
Just beyond this energetic core lies Gazi, one of Athens’ most up-and-coming neighborhoods—and the location of our latest project. Known for its industrial-chic character, vibrant nightlife, and growing cultural scene, Gazi offers the perfect balance of central convenience and investment value. With easy metro access and ongoing urban renewal, it's rapidly becoming a hotspot for young professionals and creatives. Check our available projects
Starting from the city center to the southeast, it takes ten minutes by car to reach the emerging wealthy area of South Athens. This is the "new city" forged along the coast of Athens. The coast is full of private yacht marinas owned by government and private groups. The further south you go, the more expensive the house price is. The best golf courses in Athens, yacht clubs and other luxury entertainment facilities are located here.
Eastern area of Athens, facing the Aegean Sea. East Athens has a small population density and a slow pace of life. The seaside areas that are very suitable for self-occupation and vacation are mostly sea-view villas. East Athens has good security, and the housing price is only slightly higher than that of the city center, much lower than that of North and South Athens.
