Attorney Fees

The cost is about 1%-2% of the transaction price +24% VAT. The service is including:


  • To assist the property ownership at Land Registry and Cadastral Offices
  • To obtain the necessary building permits
  • To check topographic and floor plans
  • Due diligence on the client’s property;
  • To prepare private purchase agreements
  • Transcription of notarized contracts in appropriate land registries
  • To provide legal support and submission to tax authorities
  • To assist the payment of relevant taxes
  • To be legal representation, support and signing of final contracts.

  • To coordinate with accountants and engineers
  • To issue necessary documents for purchase contracts
  • To issue and sign declarations of property transactions

The tax base is calculated based on the purchase contract price or the government assessed value (whichever is higher). The tax rate is about 3.09% .

The market practice is that the buyer and seller would pay 2% to the house agents. It can be negotiated if the amount is bigger or other factors were considered.

  • 1 month rental to find new tenant
  • 10% of rental per month to manage the property and tenant

You may need to check the monthly contribution to the building management office.
