All About Greece Golden Visa

Starting from 1st of Sept 2024, Attica, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini and the islands with a population of over 3,100 inhabitants, the threshold increases to €800,000  while in other areas the threshold is €400,000. 

Moreover, investors must purchase a property of at least 120 sqm. To purchase the buildings under industrial or commercial license, which will be converted to residential use or to purchase the historic buildings to repair, the required amount remains €250,000.

• The Power of Attorney for the appointment of a proxy, must be signed before a Greek Consular authority. 
• Applicant must enter Greece within 6 months from the date of the confirmation of the temporary residence card, in order to submit the biometric data to have official residence card.
